We're always working on some pretty cool vehicles, and everyone wants something just a little different to call it theirs! And that's what we love to do! So take a look around and let us know how we can help make your vehicle, YOURS!
This build is stacked with cool features and custom touches. This customer had a simple (yet not so simple) request. Make a Police car out of a civilian vehicle, no holes drilled where possible, and hide the lights so you can't tell its a Police car until it's time to know. Easy enough!
We built custom brackets behind the front grille that holds 6 light heads to provide lots of front end warning, but only seen when you want it to be. We then built custom brackets in the rear bumper, and hid light heads in the vertical openings on each end of the bumper, again, only seen when you want them to be. This Charger also has front and rear visor lights, along with 60" long strip lights below the doors (on custom brackets made in house).
On the inside of the vehicle, it was requested that minimal, even zero holes to be drilled. This department operates on a VHF and 800 radio, both were mounted with special brackets to the laptop mount. There is also one light head in each rear door to provide further side warning on the side of the vehicle. We went with a hand held controller to further enable full control of the lights and warning system while still maintaining a sleek interior. All mics and the handheld controller are secured via a magnetic mic mount for easy retrieval during emergency situations. For the trunk, a weapons drawer was installed and the electronics board was mounted on top of it.
We know jobsite safety is the number one priority for your business. With our strobe light packages, we can help you increase jobsite safety through ample warning to anyone nearby. We carry numerous brands like Whelen, Sound Off, Buyers, and Federal Signal.
Not only can we add strobe lighting to your service truck, we can also add additional lighting to your vehicle to aid nighttime operations. On this service truck, we added lights to illuminate the area under the rear extended bumper, under the doors on each side of the truck, and an adjustable flood light on the corner of the bed on each side. For further protection, a Ranch Hand grille guard was added for front end protection where ever you may find your job taking you.
